Our Team Structure
Redefining Tutoring
All tutors in our program have completed a structured training program with Callum, whereby tutors only begin sessions once Callum feels they are at a level good enough to satisfy our high standards. While we utilise the fact that all tutors have differences in character and style, Callum has ensured all tutors share his vision of what tutoring should look like. The tutors understand the power and importance of combining a conversational style, prompting students to try themselves first, demonstrating where needed and connecting on a deeper level.

By doing this, we add a level of safety and guarantee that your tutor will be of the highest level - a privilege that is not readily available in the field of tutoring. Additionally, the business structure allows for changes and improvements to be made in the rare event of dissatisfaction with the service you're receiving.
